Teacher Resources

We have collected a series of web-based resources to help teachers involve children in archaeology and involve archaeology in education.

They range from broad subjects which can be used as inspiration (Catal Huyuk and the origins of Farming and settled life or Cave Paintings) to local resources produced by archaeological companies (like Canterbury or Wessex). There are links to national heritage in education groups, who can help to provide the advice and confidence to integrate archaeology into your curriculumn, whether it is through Art, Geography, Mathematics, Science or English.
