PRINCIPAL HERITAGE CONSULTANT
£38,676 - £43,296
Cotswold Archaeology is one of the leading providers of professional heritage services in the UK. We provide a complete archaeological service including fieldwork, post-excavation, marine archaeology, historic buildings and heritage consultancy.
Our heritage consultancy department works with a diverse range of clients throughout the UK. We are the expert archaeology and heritage consultants on some of the largest and most high profile infrastructure projects in the country.
We currently operate with well-established consultancy teams in Cirencester, Milton Keynes, Andover, and more recently Exeter. Due to internal promotion there is now an exciting opportunity for a Principal Heritage Consultant to lead the team in our Andover office. Candidates will need to have extensive and demonstrable experience of client development and of delivering a complex range of impact assessment and conservation planning projects. A key aspect of the role will be managing the technical quality and financial success of our growing team of heritage consultants.
Applications are particularly welcome from those with an industry recognised specialism in historic buildings. There would also be an opportunity for the right candidate to develop in to a wider ranging management role. So, if you hold a full manual driving licence, and believe you have something to contribute, we would like to hear from you.
Financial and practical assistance with relocation is available, and our competitive benefits package includes paid sick leave, group life assurance, a generous contributory pension and a childcare voucher scheme.
For an informal discussion about this role please call John Dillon on 07545 644179.
