MILTON KEYNES OFFICE
Principal Fieldwork Project Manager
(£39,643 - £44,378)
In 2015 Cotswold Archaeology celebrated 25 years of delivering excellence. We have staff of over 200 across our offices in Andover, Cirencester, Exeter and Milton Keynes. While working on some of the largest and most complex development projects across England and Wales we have continued to deliver excellent research and publications.
We have been operating from a base in Milton Keynes for over 5 years now. From humble begins but with lofty ambitions we have been very effective in growing our market share and geographical reach. Today we can boast a staff of over 70; with a field team of over 50. We are currently planning a move to bigger, better offices (still in MK), and have plans to grow our team further, responding to the buoyant market conditions in Central England. Our existing portfolio of fieldwork projects will keep us busy for much of 2017 and beyond.
We are currently recruiting for a Principal Fieldwork Manager to lead our MK fieldwork team. We are hoping to receive applications from candidates with not just extensive fieldwork management experience but demonstrable leadership skills. We are also hoping that candidates will have worked in Central and Eastern England, with an expert knowledge of the archaeology of the region.
We would recommend that interested candidates firstly contact Rob Sutton (07739 321816 or Robert.firstname.lastname@example.org ), Head of Milton Keynes, for an initial informal discussion regarding the role. Your application would be treated in strictest confidence.
