Network Archaeology is a leading archaeological practice in the UK with a particular focus on major infrastructure.
Our continued expansion has created exciting and challenging opportunities for Project Managers to join both our northern team based in Lincoln and our southern team based in Buckingham near Milton Keynes. The position would provide the successful candidates with opportunities to apply themselves across diverse projects in different business sectors.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Project Manager, you would have responsibility for end to end project management, including tendering, planning and safely delivering the fieldwork, and managing post-excavation to publication.
You should preferably have a degree, at least two years’ relevant experience, a successful track-record of fieldwork and post-excavation management, and a proven ability to write/ edit reports to publication standard. We are looking for an organised individual with a positive outlook, good communication skills and an ability to meet targets.
A full driving license is essential. Full membership of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (MCIfA) is desirable. Experience in using Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
