Historic Environment Assistant (Strategy & Advice) - Training Post)

£17,681 - £18,672 per annum
37 hours per week
Permanent contract

If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with a high performing team, prioritising workloads to hit deadlines and dealing with a wide range of people including members of the public and other local government professionals we would like to hear from you.

As Historic Environment Assistant (Strategy & Advice) you will work within the planning system, liaising with planners and developers and examining lists of planning applications for historic environment implications. You will also be able to input into advice given to planners and developers.

Pay will be in line with CIfA recommended salaries.  The successful candidate will be supported to attain the skills and competence required for Practitioner grade membership of CIfA, through an individual training plan.  (PCIfA competance will start at top of listed pay grade - with progression)
