FIELD ARCHAEOLOGISTS AND ASSISTANT SUPERVISORS
Required for Cambridge
Salary range £21,120 to £22,140

Oxford Archaeology is one of the largest independent archaeological practices in Europe. Our size and reputation ensures that we work on the most exciting and varied range of projects, and can offer real opportunities for long term employment and career development.

OA East already have a busy and exciting programme for 2022 and we have upcoming field projects on sites across the whole of the Eastern Region. We are excavating large Iron Age and Roman sites in Northamptonshire near Wellingborough, as well as large-scale field projects in Essex and Norfolk which are likely to run all year. Closer to our Cambridge base, we are excavating large Iron Age and Roman settlement sites at Waterbeach, St Neots and Cambourne, and an earlier Neolithic and Bronze Age site in Cambridge.
As you can see we are set to investigate archaeological sites of all periods, and types, and we are particularly interested in experienced candidates based in the Eastern Region.
