We are a growing company based in North-west Wales providing archaeological services across Wales, the North West and Midlands. Due to exciting discoveries on a number of projects we are looking to expand our team, initially on a short term basis, with scope for continuing work for the right candidates. We are committed to investing in our staff and pay full CIfA subscriptions for all professionaly accredited members, we also provide regular training opportunites to ensure that CPD requirements are fulfilled (regardless of CIfA membership).
 
 We are currently looking for new team members to assist with the excavation of a large Early Medieval cemetery and Romano-British site in North Wales.

  • Project Archaeologists £18,534 - £20,475 p.a.
  • Supervisors £21,450 - £25,350 p.a.
  • Project Officers £26,325 - £28,275 p.a.
Candidates will ideally have:
  • A minimum 3 months of commercial experience.
  • CSCS card.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage.
  • Experience of excavating human remains would be an advantage.
  • CIfA membership would be an advantage – assistance can be provided to those wishing to apply.
 We will provide:
  • Initial contract will be for 3 months with scope for extensions beyond this.
  • Accommodation and subsitence will be provided for the duration of the project.
  • Sick pay following probationary period.
  • 21 days’ annual leave accrued on a pro-rata basis and all public holidays.
  • Pension scheme commencing in November.
  • CIfA subscriptions paid in full (monthly).
  • Use of company vehicles.
  • Annual training budget.
  • Quality PPE.
